WHAT CAR AWARDS - The S-Class has, again, been awarded the Luxury Car Of The Year titl, The CLS also wins.

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class has once again been named Luxury Car of the Year at the 2016 What Car? Awards.
After being announced as the winner of the ‘under £70,000’ luxury car category, the S-Class went on to win the outright Luxury Car of the Year title – marking the 10th time the S-Class has won this prestigious award.

The Mercedes -Benz CLS 350d AMG Line was also a winner, having been revealed as ‘Best Buy More Than £50,000’ in the Large Executive Car category.
The CLS 350d AMG Line was recognised for its head-turning design, high-quality interior, level of standard equipment and driveability.
Jim Holder, Editorial Director of What Car?, explained: “The S-Class is the compass by which this class navigates itself. On collecting the award, Gary Lee, Head of Product Management, Mercedes-Benz UK, commented: “The current S-Class continues to be the leader in its segment, and its 10th What Car? Luxury Car win confirms this fact. The S-Class is the pinnacle of the Mercedes-Benz brand, thanks to its unbeatable levels of luxury combined with ground-breaking technology. This year will see some exciting additions to the S-Class range in the UK, including the stunning S-Class Cabriolet.”
Since the launch of the Saloon in 2013, the current S-Class range has continued to grow with the introduction of the S-Class Coupé in 2014, and S-Class Cabriolet (arriving in the UK Summer 2016). The sumptuous S-Class Cabriolet is the first open-top luxury four-seater from Mercedes-Benz since 1971, and features a host of innovative safe
